Virginia Forest Service offers annual tract maintenance packages that are designed to help landowners look after their property.  There are a growing number of absentee landowners who are only able to visit their property a few times a year.  There are others who may not be able to physically tend to the land due to age, health, or other limitations.  We are available to see that proper maintenance and management of the land is always provided.

 

Tract maintenance services can include boundary line location and marking, insect and disease inspections, storm damage reports, and coordination of activities such as timber harvest, agriculture crop scheduling, road maintenance, and general property aesthetics.  Each tract maintenance contract is tailored to meet the specific needs of the property in conjunction with landowner objectives and goals.
